  2. Does Premium Live Worms Guarantee your Shipment

    Worms are very sensitive to hot weather.  As the weather changes, our shipping rules change.  If you follow the guidelines on the website, we offer a live arrival of worms.  If there is a sudden change in weather and have to upgrade your shipping service, we will contact you to make arrangements.

    In the even your order shows up DOA, there is a $4.95 Order Reprocessing Fee.

    We reserve the right to determine if we will make a replacement shipment to you in the event of DOA or add more crickets/worms at no charge to your next order.

  3. What days do you ship orders?

    We ship orders Monday thru Thursday.

    The only orders that we ship on Thursday are those that will arrive to our customers by Friday.

  4. What is the cut off time for same day shipping?

    The cut off time for same day shipping is 2:00PM Monday through Thursday. Orders placed after 2:00PM will be shipped the following shipping slot.

    For example, an order placed on Monday at 1:00PM will ship on Monday. An order placed on Monday at 3:00 PM will ship on Tuesday.

    An order placed on Thursday at 3:00PM will ship on Monday of the following week.

    There are times the carrier truck arrives late. If you place your order late, you can call us to see if we can still ship that order out.

  5. I placed my order on Thursday before 2:00PM - why didn't it ship?

    You probably picked a 2 day shipping option.

    If we shipped a 2nd day air order out on Thursday, you would receive it the following Monday and the chances are all of your worms will be dead. If our package sits in a warehouse over the weekend, they tend to either freeze or suffocate.

    Our goal is to deliver a live product to you and therefore we have to take extra precautions.

  6. How will the charge show up on my Credit Card?

    When you check your Credit Card for the charge, it will show up as Premium Products.

  7. Does FedEx deliver on Saturday?

    If placing your order to ship on a Friday, it is true that FedEx does deliver on Saturday, they charge $20.00 extra (on top of the priority overnight shipping fees). This is not guaranteed in all parts of the US. Please call us to verify if you do wish to do this

    If you are in either GA, SC or NC there is a chance we can deliver to you on a Saturday, by shipping on Friday. If it is going to a residential address only! We cannot 100% commit to being able to ship your order on a Friday. We have to verify with FedEx. If FedEx does verify it, we will ship it! It is our upmost priority to make sure you recieve healthy live insects!

  8. What is the $4.95 Order Reprocessing Fee

    We charge $4.95 to cover the administrative portion of reprocessing a new replacement shipment to you.

    We reserve the right to determine if we will make a replacement shipment to you in the event of DOA or add more crickets at no charge to your next order.

  9. Do you offer refunds once an order is placed?

    Once you place an order we do not offer refunds to that order.

    Before placing your order, please check the weather conditions in your area as we might need put your order on hold (per your discretion).
